Welcome to Cardless Loyalty

Register after downloading the Cardless Loyalty app — registration is the first screen you see when you open it. This creates your Cardless Loyalty account, where all your cards are collected.

As part of registration we verify your email address before you can log in for the first time, so please bear with us.

After you register, the app moves to the sign-in screen. Check your email and follow the account activation instructions. Once that's done, come back to the app and sign in with the details you registered with.

When you log in for the first time and haven't collected any points yet, a welcome screen appears with a link to this guide. Don't worry — you're probably already in a participating store while installing the app!

Go to the checkout and confidently beam your card to the terminal. It recognises you like magic, and the store attendant can give you your first stamp. That creates a virtual loyalty card in your Cardless Loyalty wallet, and within moments the card and your points appear on screen.

When you're logged in, you'll see a big blue BLUETOOTH BEAM CARD button at the bottom of the main screen. Tapping it sends your virtual ID to the store checkout in a secure, authenticated way, so the attendant knows it's you.

You don't need to show a barcode or photo ID, or say your phone number, name or email. You don't need to hunt for the right card for the store you're in — the app does that for you. One touch in any participating store and you're identified and collecting points.

Yes. Once you've collected points, those cards appear on your main screen. Tap a branded store card to open your points details.

A card might be a "1 free after 10 purchases" stamp card or a points collection card — or there may be several cards for the same store if it runs multiple promotions at once.

You don't need to keep checking: when you reach a milestone and earn something free, a 🎁 gift icon appears next to that store on your main screen.

All your transactions with a store are under Points History — the middle icon at the bottom of the points card. The records show when and where you collected or redeemed points, so you can easily track everything.

If you can't log in, tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen and enter your login email. We'll send you a password reset email — follow its instructions, then log in with your new password.

While logged in, choose Change Password from the top dropdown menu. You'll need to enter your old password as well as the new one.

If you've forgotten your old password, log out and use the forgot password reset instead.

The app has an intuitive geo search. Open Nearby stores from the top dropdown menu. Your location shows as a blue marker and the closest participating stores as red markers.

Tap a marker to see the store's details card with a link to its website. To search another area, tap anywhere on the map and the app will show stores near the marker you placed.
